What is the return policy?
Products carry 1 year warranty and can be returned if malfunction or damaged in shipping. Warranty does not cover misuse or abuse whether dropped and broken, immersed in water or water damage, or any other form of damage other than malfunction of product.
What do I do if a receive a product that is damaged?
Contact us immediately to file a damage claim. Please send photos and explanation of damage to goods. Upon notification we will initiate claim against carrier and have you return product. We will send you a return label to sent product back to us so no shipping charges will be incurred by customer.
